Opeyemi Ajimati
UEFA B licensed coach in Berlin, combining coaching, analysis and structured problem solving.
I am a football coach based in Berlin. I hold the UEFA B licence and the DFB UEFA C licence, and I have completed specialist courses in opposition analysis, performance analysis, technical scouting, talent identification and data analysis with the Professional Football Scouts Association.
Outside football, my professional background is in product work, where the job is to understand a problem properly before deciding what to build. I bring the same discipline to football: observe carefully, separate patterns from incidents, and turn what I find into something players can use.

Coaching philosophy
I coach principles that players can recognise at match speed. Analysis is only useful when it changes what happens on the pitch.
